Research On Ergonomic Design Of TBM Main Control Room

The TBM main control room is the operation where the driver performs tunnel and the control center of the entire equipment.In view of the unreasonable design of current TBM control room,which affects the driver's accuracy,and then the construction of the entire project efficiency will be affected.According to ergonomics theory,combining with the characteristics of TBM,we use the computer-aided design software to complete the design,Just in order to improve the efficiency of the driver.According to the analysis of TBM main control room,we find problems in the process of the design.And combing with the functional requirements theory,we carry out functional analysis to determine its overall design content and route.In view of the upper limb extension field,the visual characteristics and other ergonomic theory,Based on the human body size and the ergonomic standards,we design the control room.Finally,the three-dimensional model of the main control room is established by SOLIDWORKS software.We use the CATIA ergonomics analysis module to establish three-dimensional human body mode and analyze the operator's visual field,reach envelope field and the degree of comfort.Based on the fuzziness of the design of the main control room,the design scheme of the main control room is evaluated synthetically by using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy set theory.The final design will meet the human visual field,the scope of space accessible and the comfort requirements of the joints,It has a practical value to improve the level of the man-machine engineering design,Which provides a reference for the actual production of TBM main control room.
