China is a large grain storage and transportation country.Bungalows are the leading type of grain reserves in China,accounting for more than 85% of the total storage capacity.However,for a long time,the wall of the bungalow warehouse is still built with clay brick,the structure is simple,the air tightness is not good,the manual masonry work on the site is large,the raw material consumption is large,and it is not conducive to energy conservation and environmental protection."Structure-Insulation" integrated wallboard is a new type of wall panel,which can overcome the above shortcomings of clay brick wall,it has the characteristics of good heat preservation performance,good air tightness,energy conservation and environmental protection,and the same life of building heat preservation and structure.At present,the research on "structure-insulation" integrated wallboard is mostly limited to civil buildings,but rarely involved in the bungalow buildings.There is a significant difference between the load-bearing function of the wall of the bungalow building and that of the civil building,the wall of the civil building mainly bears the in-plane load,the out of plane load is only the wind load,the wall of the bungalow building mainly bears the out of plane grain side pressure,the load form is relatively special,and the load value is much larger than the wind load.This paper takes the "Structure-Insulation" integrated new bungalow wall panel as the research object,comprehensively the functional requirements of force and thermal insulation,conducts experimental research,theoretical analysis and finite element numerical simulation of mechanical and thermal performance under the action of side pressure The main research contents are as follows:(1)The static loading test of the bungalow warehouse "structure-insulation" integrated wall panel under the lateral pressure was carried out,through the deformation of the inner and outer leaf wall panels and the strain test of the steel bars,concrete and connectors,the crack development process and distribution law were analyzed,study the failure process,shape and bearing capacity of the wallboard,reveal the characteristics of the wall panel.(2)The solid elements are used to simulate concrete,insulation panels and connectors,the truss elements are used to simulate steel bars,the finite element analysis model of the wall panel is established by using the large-scale general finite element software ABAQUS,according to the test data,the rationality of the model is verified,the mechanical performance of the integrated wall panel is systematically analyzed from the deformation of the wall panel,the concrete strain and the strain of the tensile steel bar.(3)Based on the experimental study,the combined effect of the wall panel and the cooperative working performance of the inner and outer leaf wall panel are analyzed.Based on the combination effect analysis and the two-way slab calculation formula,considering the influence of the actual crack occurrence on the cross-section bending stiffness,combined with the test data fitting function,the bending stiffness degradation coefficient of the integrated wall panel after cracking is proposed,the deflection calculation formula of the inner and outer leaf wall panel after cracking is obtained.(4)On the basis of meeting the structural performance requirements,the thermal performance test and theoretical calculation analysis of the "structure-insulation" integrated wall panel of the bungalow warehouse and the traditional brick warehouse brick wall were carried out,through the surface temperature,heat flow density,thermal resistance and heat transfer coefficient of the two kinds of walls,the comprehensive comparative analysis of the thermal insulation performance of the two kinds of walls is carried out,it is shows that the thermal insulation performance of the integrated wall panel is greatly improved compared with the brick wall.Improved,evaluated the applicability of the "structure-insulation" integrated wall panel in different grain storage ecological areas according to the "Grain and Oil Storage Technical Specifications".(5)Based on the finite element software ABAQUS,the numerical simulation analysis of the temperature field of the heat transfer process of the wall panel is carried out,the position and heat flow trend of the cold and hot bridge in the wall panel are analyzed,the simulation results of the surface temperature,heat flow density and heat transfer coefficient are compared with the test results.
