| In recent years,with the support and guidance of the national government,prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly.Prefabricated concrete sandwich insulation wall panels are an important part of prefabricated energy-saving buildings,and connectors are the key components of sandwich wall panels.However,the existing sandwich wall panel connectors have problems such as low anchoring force,poor shear resistance,insufficient integrity of the wall panel connection,and low safety,which has slowed down the development process of the prefabricated construction industry,so it is urgent to study a high anchoring force,High-strength,high-security new connectors,promote the further development of prefabricated concrete components.This article relies on the project of "Assembly Building Component Production Technology and Component Connection Technology Development",through the use of theoretical analysis,field experiments and numerical simulation calculation research methods to design and construct a new type of precast concrete sandwich insulation wall panel connector Comparing internal force calculation and stress performance,the new prefabricated concrete sandwich thermal insulation wall panel connector under tension and shear is subjected to stress and deformation laws.After research,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The wind load,dead weight load,seismic load,rain and snow load and other loads that the prefabricated sandwich insulation wallboard bears are simplified into uniformly distributed loads in the vertical direction and uniformly distributed loads in the horizontal direction and their combined forms.Structure and stress characteristics of concrete sandwich insulation wall panels.Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the current metal connector and non-metal connector structure,the split design of the new connector structure is studied,and the 3D design drawing of the new connector is obtained,and the manufacturing is carried out to obtain the new connector physical.(2)Through field experiments,the mechanical properties of the new connector were studied.The method of connecting a single connector to the concrete test block was selected as the test piece for the pull-out test,and the wall unit with 4 connectors was selected as the For the test piece of the shear resistance test,the bearing capacity and deformation data of the connection piece are obtained by drawing and shearing the test piece.Experiments show that the pull-out bearing capacity of the new connector is nearly 3 times the standard value of the pull-out bearing capacity,and the shear resistance of the new connector is 11 times the standard value of the shear bearing capacity.(3)Based on the actual engineering requirements and the structural characteristics of the new connector,a reasonable calculation theory is selected.The load-structure method is used to calculate the pull-out and shear capacity of the new connector,and the elastic thick-walled cylinder model,Considering the mechanical changes under the three conditions of adhesive force,friction force and mechanical bite force,the mechanical mechanism of tension and shear of the new connector is analyzed,and the calculation formulas of tensile and shear bearing capacity are obtained,and the new The tensile and shear bearing capacity of the connector is calculated to obtain the tensile and shear bearing capacity-displacement curves.(4)Establish a three-dimensional model of the structure of the prefabricated concrete sandwich insulation wall panel unit and a single connector connected to the concrete wall panel by ANSYS software,and analyze the stress and deformation of the new connector under the drawing and shearing conditions,respectively.The stress and deformation of the internal and external concrete wall panels are studied.It is concluded that the stress and deformation law of the single connector in the integral wall panel unit under tensile and shear conditions are basically the same.The tensile bearing capacity and shear bearing capacity of the new connector in the precast concrete sandwich insulation wall panel The power has been greatly improved,and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results of the theoretical calculation results to verify the accuracy of the theoretical calculations. |
