Wall panel with insulation decoration structure belongs to a new product of building energy saving and structural integration technology.It can be used in building envelope systems such as steel structures and concrete frame structures because it has the functions of fire prevention,heat preservation and decoration.The material of this product may not be concrete,which is different from the traditional prefabricated siding.Instead,it adopts a curtain wall main body built of steel keel,which greatly reduces its own weight.At present,there is no unified standard and specification for fabricated exterior wall panels in the industry,and there is still a lack of relevant literature on the mechanical aspects of wall panels.In this regard,this topic explores the issues of wall panel with insulation decoration structure,including material selection,the connection of main structures and the technology of blocking thermal bridges.Next,mechanical tests were performed on the connection performance among the thermal insulation core material,the keel and the decorative panel.Finally,the wall panel with insulation decoration structure is tested for bending resistance by simulating the effect of wind pressure.And estimate its safety in application in theoretical calculations.Vertical silk rock wool and rigid foam polyurethane as insulation core material for wall panel with insulation decoration structure,so these two materials are made into composite test blocks of different density combinations with a size of 100mm×100mm×40mm and the tensile strength test was performed on them with a puller.Based on experimental results,a combination of high mechanical strength and low cost is selected.The connection of the outer decorative panel is the weakest point of the structure of wall panel.In order to explore the connection performance among the ceramic plate,the insulation core material and the keel,We combined vertical silk rock wool and ceramic plates into test blocks,and tested the strength with a puller.This is to investigate whether the connection between the insulation core material of the wall panel and the decorative panel meets the requirements of the regulations.Next,use a drilling machine to drill a circular hole with a diameter of 12mm,a depth of 9mm,and a recessed groove at the bottom,on a 12mm thick ceramic plate.Screw the high-strength expansion back bolt into the circular hole to test the value of single-point anchor.Then,the ceramic plate and the component of FRP are bonded with structural glue,and the bonding performance is tested with a puller.Finally,according to the size of the steel keel,two wall panel with insulation decoration structure of the same length and width but different thicknesses were manufactured,as a cross-reference.The wall panel is placed on a cushion with its exterior facing down.Cement bags are continuously laid on the wall to simulate the negative wind pressure.This is to test the maximum load that the wall panel can bear,and observe the deflection value of the wall panel under this load.The corresponding formula is used to calculate the test to prove the reliability of the test and verify the safety of the wall panel under the worst wind pressure.The results of the trial's research show:If the vertical silk rock wool with a density of 120kg/m~3and the rigid foam polyurethane with a density of 50 kg/m~3are used as the wall panel with insulation decoration structure for thermal insulation decoration structure.The bond tensile strength of the two materials can reach 139.33KPa,which meets the requirements of external wall insulation regulations and the material cost is more economical.The tensile strength of the bond between the vertical silk rock wool with a density of 120 kg/m~3and ceramic plate can reach 140.72KPa,which meets the requirements of the regulations.The average single-point anchoring force of the connection between the back bolt and the 12mm ceramic plate can reach 2088.29N.The average adhesion strength between the ceramic plate and FRP is 3092.07KPa.This result means that the strength of the superimposed connection among the ceramic plate,the keel and the thermal insulation core material in a wall panel can reach 397.61KPa.The maximum load of type?wall plate and type?wall plate in the test were 6.67KPa and 5.55KPa,respectively,which exceeded than the worst wind pressure value of Shenyang City by 2.54KPa.The mid-span deflection calculation of the wall plate under the corresponding load It is also very close to the experimental value.This article gives two types of connection methods between the wall panel with insulation decoration structure and the main structure of the building,which are"window style connection"and"hanging style connection".Finally,ANSYS was used to analyze the tension of the connecting members of the"hanging style connection"under the dead weight of the wall plate.The results show that the maximum load stress acting on the connecting members is within 53.13MPa?66.21MPa,which is less than the allowable shear strength of the steel,so the component should be safer.
