The paper carried out studies on the thermal and mechanical performance of a prefabricated wall panel with functions of insulation,ventilation and energy-saving.The prefabricated wall panel is constituted by three board layers.The inner layer is the fireproof gypsum board.The middle layer is the fibred cement plate.XPS is filled in the space between fireproof gypsum board and fibred cement plate as the insulation layer.The external layer is the galvanized steel sheet.Between galvanized steel sheet and fibred cement plate is the air layer.There are several small grooves for ventilation on the inner board and external board.And the air can flow smoothly in the air layer.Two steel furring frames are embedded respectively in the insulation and air layers,and bear all the loads on the prefabricated wall panel.The three board layers are all fabricated with the furring frames.And bearing capacity will be promoted on account of stressed skin diaphragm.After heated by the sun-shine,air will flow upward in the mezzanine due to airflow stack effect.The flowing air could achieve the functions of insulation,ventilation and energy-saving.The main work of this study can be summarized as the following:(1)The specimen is fabricated with selected building materials according to the structural feature.Experiments are carried out in summer and winter,and the data are record.(2)The thermal and mechanical properties are calculated according to the corresponding theories.The calculation coincides well with the experimental data.(3)The thermal and mechanical properties are also simulated with FEM.The numerical simulation results are comparative analyzed with experimental results and theoretical calculation.(4)Based on the comparison of experimental results,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the proposed prefabricated wall panel are proved to have fairly well effect of insulation,ventilation and energy-saving,and could be used widely in the application of construction.
