| China is a country with a large population,and food security is the primary task of China’s security.To build a large number of granaries to ensure the quantity and quality safety of grain after production is of great significance to the long-term economic construction and the stability of the country,and also a difficult and huge task in the longterm planning of our country.In the long-term granary construction process of grain storage in China,a lot of land will be used,and in the process of grain storage,low-temperature storage needs to consume a lot of energy.Drug fumigation not only damages the quality of grain,but also pollutes the environment,so it is necessary to build a new granary to deal with the problems of land saving,energy saving,environmental protection and the impact on the quality of grain exposed by the granary in China.The underground granary belongs to the natural quasi low temperature granary.It has a long history to use the underground granary in our country.At present,only the trumpet granary is used in the underground granary.The trumpet granary has too many restrictions on the terrain and soil conditions,so it can not be promoted nationwide.The new designed single silo can solve the storage capacity problem,but it has some problems,such as waterproof,anti condensation,unable to save land in the arrangement of group silos and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to create a new type of underground granary,and study its structural measures,granary group layout and land saving research,in order to meet the needs of the development of green grain storage and land saving in China.Based on the above reasons,this paper first through the on-the-spot investigation and literature review of the above ground granary and underground granary,summed up the shortcomings of the underground granary in the underground granary type,structural measures,granary group layout.By studying the influence of the physical characteristics,storage characteristics and measures of grain preservation on the design of the underground granary,and combining the requirements of architecture,structure and technology on the design of the granary type,a more reasonable granary type is designed.Through the study of building materials and structure,the structural measures of waterproof,anti condensation,heat preservation and heat insulation of the new type of underground granary are studied to solve the problems existing in the structural design of the underground granary.The layout method based on the warehouse group and the land saving research based on the granary group layout are studied,including the comprehensive utilization of the above ground and underground space,and the technological process of the granary as a generalwarehouse.According to the above research results,combined with the garage and workshop,the case design is analyzed. |
