Underground granaries have the advantages of green,environmental protection,low temperature,land resources,etc.,but there are still problems such as waterproof and moisture-proof,heavy wet work workload and complex forces.For this reason,this paper proposes a new dry connection joint of fabricated steel plate-concrete underground granary wall.This joint can not only greatly improve the construction progress,but also meet the stress performance and waterproof and moisture-proof requirements of the combined joint,so that the grain in the warehouse can be stored well.The steel plate-concrete underground silo wall joint is composed of inner and outer waterproof steel plates,force-transmitting steel plates,and U-shaped steel plates,and the prefabricated silo wall blocks are connected into a complete specimen by welding between the steel plates.In this paper,a total of 3 specimens with joints and 1 specimen without joints are made.Using a combination of experiment and finite element method,the bending performance of the joint is studied.The main research content and results of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the current research on prefabricated underground structures,the composition form and specific dimensions of the new dry connection joints for steel plate-concrete underground silo walls are proposed,and complete the processing and production of steel plate-concrete composite prefabricated warehouse wall blocks and new dry connection joints.(2)Two-point symmetrical loading test for specimens with and without nodes,and obtain the yield load of the waterproof steel plate in the joint specimen and the yield load of the inner steel plate of the non-joint specimen.The failure form of the joint and the influence of the force-transmitting steel plate on the force and deformation of the specimen are analyzed.The results show that compared with the specimen without the force-transmitting steel plate,the yield load of the mid-span inner waterproof steel plate with two force-transmitting steel plates is not only increased by 29.4%,but the deflection of the specimen is also reduced by 40.9%.(3)The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish the model of fabricated steel plate-concrete composite specimens with and without joints.Analyze the change law of the stress and displacement of the corresponding measuring point with the load,and compare it with the test result.The result shows that the simulated value is more consistent with the test value.
