| Under the state’s intensive macro-control policies,the real estate market is increasingly fierce,and the quality of the real estate experience area plays a vital role in the sales performance of the company.The excellent real estate experience area can better reflect the strength and image of the enterprise.To show consumers the beautiful scene of future life,stimulate the impulse to buy,and promote transactions.Therefore,the creation of the real estate experience area has become a very important content of real estate enterprises.The experience area landscape is the top priority in the design of the experience area.How to control the quality in the “high speed,low cost” mode is rigid.Demand,only by achieving the unity and coordination of landscape quality,high speed and low cost,can the company develop soundly.At present,most relevant researches at home and abroad are based on the landscape design of the real estate experience area.There are few studies on landscape quality control,and there is no research on specific real estate enterprises.Country Garden Group’s contracted sales in 2017 ranked the highest in real estate sales,with rich experience in marketing experience.Combining with the work experience of landscape design in Country Garden,the author studies the design features of the hard landscape of Country Garden Real Estate Experience Zone by using literature research method,instance citation method and inductive analysis method,and compares it with other real estate experience areas of real estate enterprises.From the aspects of style and landscape elements,it summarizes the evolution process and analyzes the reasons for the evolution.The research summarizes its design quality control strategy: primary and secondary differentiation,reduction design,practicality,feng shui,versatility,risk prevention management;and research in combination with enterprise characteristics in the work,mainly involved in the establishment and improvement of its design The three major mechanisms of quality control: standardization,post-assessment and innovation research,this control principle and the three control mechanisms together constitute the design quality control system for the hard landscape of Country Garden Real Estate Experience Zone.The research on the design quality control system has two aspects: First,it puts forward suggestions for the quality control of the future hard landscape design in Country Garden Real Estate Experience Zone.It should continue to use control strategies,strengthen innovative research,explore new materials and new processes,and form and practice.The breakthrough in innovation;the second is to have a strong guiding significance for other companies committed to quality control under the "high speed" and "low cost" mode. |
