With the rapid advancement of science and technology,modern logistics warehousing technology,automation technology and mobile robot technology are also developing,AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)as an advanced intelligent device which is compatible with smart manufacturing concepts is increasingly being valued by people.The problem of parking difficulties in the city is becoming increasingly prominent now.Although there are some parking methods such as wire rope suspension and chain gears,they have some shortcomings,such as large investment and complicated wiring.Therefore,the research on combining AGV with parking lot has a wide range of research.This thesis takes the AGV used in the drawer type intelligent three-dimensional parking lot as the research object.It carries out research on the vehicle body design of AGV,the control system of AGV,the wireless network communication of AGV and scheduling simulation optimization of AGV's depositing and picking up car.Firstly,the development status and development trend of AGV's technology by consulting domestic and foreign materials is analyzed.Comparing the development status of parking lots and puts forward the main content and significance of this thesis.The key technologies involved in AGV system are analyzed and the composition of AGV system is designed.The overall design of AGV's body is completed in combination with the requirements,and the flow of AGV's depositing as well as picking up cars is studied.Secondly,S7-300 is used as the main controller of AGV,the right servo motor and its control method is choosed and magnetic stripe navigation is used.It meets the requirements of AGV in real-time and stability,and can also adapt to the harsh environment of the garage.Using PLC makes system maintenance more convenient and easy to manage and operate.According to the control flow chart,the programming of each module is realized.Then,the wireless communication system based on Zig Bee is mainly used to complete the wireless communication function between AGV and host computer,realizing the wireless positioning monitoring function of host computer to AGV.On top of that,this paper also carries out the positioning test which is confirmed feasibility.Finaly,the AGV's strategy of depositing and picking up cars is studied.As well as that,this thesis puts forward the M/D/1 queueing model by studying the queuing theory which accords with the drawer-type stereo garage,analyzes the model,and simulates three kinds of stored at strategies,and analyzes the simulation results and optimizes the design.
