With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous strengthening of urban construction,a variety of technology integrated mechanical three-dimensional garage has become the inevitable way to solve the problem of urban parking.The paper takes the drawer-type intelligent parking lot as the research object and carries out the research on the operation principle of the parking lot,the control of AGV,the control of the motor,the digital coding of the car,the wireless network communication of AGV,and the optimization of the vehicle's access dispatching.First of all,this paper introduces several common mechanical stereo garages in modern life and their respective structural characteristics,movement processes and operating principles,which makes it clear that the drawer-type intelligent parking lot has the advantage of saving resources and has a very broad application prospect.This paper expounds the general structure of the drawer-type intelligent parking lot and introduces the main structure and operation principle of the parking lot.It can be used for reference in the future research of stereoscopic garage technology.Secondly,in the drawer-type intelligent car park,choosing PLC as the main controller of AGV car can meet the real-time and stability of AGV requirements.Moreover,it can also adapt to the poor garage environment,and PLC system maintenance and overhaul make the system easier to manage and operate.The safe operation of the whole parking system is ensured by arranging the proper safety device in the parking lot.AGV car needs stable dynamic performance and driving ability,the choice of motor is very important to the running stability of AGV,choosing appropriate servo motor and its control method can meet parking demand better.The safe operation of the whole parking system is ensured by arranging the proper safety device in the parking lot.The unique data coding method is used to encode each parking space inthe garage,so that the AGV car can find the target parking space efficiently and accurately according to the task order of the host computer.Wireless network communication system is mainly used to accomplish the wireless communication between AGV and host computer and realize the remote management and monitoring of AGV car by the host computer.Finally,this paper studies the queuing theory,puts forward the M/D/1 queueing model which accords with the drawer-type stereo garage,analyzes the model,and simulates three kinds of stored at strategies,and optimizes the design according to the simulation results.
