Nowadays,the level of train manufacturing at home and abroad is rising rapidly.However,many core technologies are invented and put forward by foreigners,and many international standards are formulated by other countries.While keeping up with the trend of world train manufacturing level,China's train manufacturing industry still needs more independent innovation.This paper attempts to innovate the application of wireless network system in train network system.The purpose of this paper is to verify the advantages of wireless network channel in electric locomotive through experiments,and design a stable,efficient,low cost and wireless network communication system in electric locomotive.At present,the internal network system architecture of electric locomotive uses wired network system,such as MVB,ECN,etc.The wired network system occupies a large space,has a large number of interfaces,complex cable paths,poor anti-interference ability,poor functional and high equipment cost.The functions of the electric locomotive network system are more comprehensive and complicated.These factors often restrict the development of the electric locomotive network system.The use of the wireless network communication system in the electric locomotive can better solve the above problems,which is a new design for the development of the electric locomotive network system.Idea.The internal wireless communication system of electric locomotive not only has the problems of high cable laying requirement and many reserved interfaces,but also has the advantages of anti-interference in high frequency band of wireless channel,easy terminal setting of network system,and great expansibility for network system functions.Firstly,the paper thesis takes ray tracing method as the theoretical basis of wireless channel research,carries out the experimental design,field test measurement,measurement data analysis of electric locomotive interior wireless channel research,and combines the application experience of locomotive network system technology,forms the preliminary results of electric locomotive interior wireless channel research.That is to say,the shielding performance of the electric locomotive interior to the external electromagnetic signal is excellent,and the interference of the high frequency signal in the electric locomotive interior is very rare.The channel environment in the electric locomotive interior is suitable for building the wireless network communication system.Then the signal loss of each position ismeasured and the wireless signal transmission path is analyzed.Based on the location of the internal equipment of electric locomotive,the best location of the wireless communication equipment and the experience of the equipment installation inside the locomotive are obtained.Finally,combined with the test data and data analysis,and according to the general function of electric locomotive and the communication characteristics of wireless communication equipment,the topology concept,data processing flow,power range of wireless network system and frequency band selection of wireless network system in electric locomotive are designed and studied.Based on the experiment and analysis of the line channel research,the wireless network communication system and test system are built in the electric locomotive interior.The quality of information transmitted by the wireless system is verified by data analysis,and the design scheme of the wireless communication system in the electric locomotive interior is verified.The highlight of this paper is that it is proposed for the first time to construct the whole vehicle network communication system using wireless network inside the electric locomotive.The characteristics of the wireless channel inside the electric locomotive are verified by the test and measurement,and then its feasibility is determined.The contents of laboratory type test are also carried out to prove that the equipment can still work under certain special conditions.At the same time,it is also the first time to design and construct the wireless network system inside the electric locomotive.
