A Study On The Current Situation And Optimal Design Of Memorial Landscape Of West Lake Celebrity Tomb In Hangzhou

With the development of landscape architecture industry,the design and expression of memorial landscape has changed greatly.A large number of excellent memorial landscape cases have emerged at home and abroad,and their expressions are gradually diversified.How to show people the spiritual connotation of memorial landscape and arouse the resonance of the emotional world is a problem that needs to be solved in the design.This paper combined with the investigation case to optimize the design of memorial landscape of celebrity tomb,providing reference for the future design and development.As the research object of this paper,the memorial landscape formed with celebrity tomb as the main body is one of the important parts of Hangzhou West Lake cultural landscape.Due to historical reasons,its current situation is worrying and it is in urgent need of protection and utilization.In view of the current situation,this paper first investigates the existing situation of memorial landscape of celebrity tombs around the West Lake,selects some cases for mapping,and makes comparative analysis of landscape elements.In addition,combined with post use evaluation research,this paper discusses the current landscape effect and satisfaction.The user evaluation questionnaire is divided into suitable crowd elements and landscape elements.Using behavior observation method,interview survey method,questionnaire survey to obtain data,and then through SD French meaning difference method to analyze the data of landscape elements survey,to obtain the satisfaction of users.The survey questions are summarized as follows: in terms of commemorative expression,the tourists’ feelings for commemoration are not strong enough;in terms of landscape elements,there is still room for improvement,so as to improve the tourists’ awareness of the objects to be commemorated;in terms of design techniques,the expression mode is relatively simple and needs to be enriched.In the end,the paper puts forward strategies for the problems found in the previous research,which are to emphasize the connotation expression of the memorial object,the negation and innovation of the inherent form,and the participation of the memorial subject.First,it analyzes the relevant cases,and then uses symbolism,narrative and other methods to optimize the design of the three cases in the survey,and applies the strategies to the design,so as to provide new perspectives and help for the future design.
