China's subtropical mountainous tourism villages are mostly distributed in low mountain and hilly areas,the landscape ecological environment is fragile and sensitive,but the landscape planning is unreasonable,and the contradiction between human and land is prominent.From the perspective of residents-tourists sharing,the paper applies the theory of place attachment to rural tourism landscape planning.It has important theoretical significance and practical value in order to reasonably protect and utilize rural tourism landscape and promote sustainable development of rural tourism.Zhinan village of Lin'an District in Hangzhou is taken as the example,residents and tourists are taken as research objects,using the interview investigation,questionnaire survey and field survey methods,in which the questionnaire is conducted in three times,and using multiple response analysis,factor analysis,importance-performance analysis(referred to as the IPA method,it can be used to understand tourist satisfaction)and structural equation model(used to detect the relationship between variables)to process sample data,and establishs mountainous rural tourism landscape classification system based on "nature,settlement,culture and economic landscape".The results show that: 1)There are obvious similarities and differences between the residents and tourists' perception preferences of rural tourism landscape,and the similarity degree from high to low is natural> residential> cultural> economic landscape;2)The actual perception of residents and tourists to the rural tourism landscape are less than expected;3)There are significant positive impacts of tourists' expectations and expectations-perceived differences on satisfaction,and satisfaction on place attachment and loyalty,place attachment has a mediating role in the impact of satisfaction on loyalty(median effect size is 0.840);4)The comparison before and after the planning found that except for the cultural landscape variables,the tourists' other variables were reduced,and the results were different from the presets;the residents' variables were consistent with the presets,the study excluded the influence of age difference(p value is 0.08>0.05);5)Tourists' satisfaction decreased due to the single landscape,traffic congestion and less experience activities.Finally,based on research results,the implementation strategies of mountainous rural tourism landscape planning based on place attachment are proposed,including planning technical route and other related strategies.
