| It has been more than 70 years since the development of urban planning in New China.Lanzhou,as one of the first cities in the early days of the founding of New China,was organized by the state to complete the overall urban planning.its first edition of urban master plan has created a historical precedent for the compilation of urban planning in Lanzhou and has had a great influence on the compilation system of urban planning in China.The second edition of the city master plan started from the perspective of regional planning and made great contributions to Lanzhou’s local planning practice.The new thinking of the third edition of the city master plan for the next century is of great significance to the planning attempt at Lanzhou regional level.The independent practice and exploration of the fourth edition of the city master plan has accumulated valuable experience for planning innovation in Lanzhou.Under the scientific compilation and coordinated guidance of the all four editions,Lanzhou’s urban development is flourishing.Taking Lanzhou’s modern urban overall planning as the research object,this paper studies the model elements guiding the compilation of the overall planning,and excavates the evolution track of the model patterns among the various versions of the overall planning,providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for the compilation of Lanzhou’s new round of overall planning of land and space.The article is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,purpose,significance,research progress at home and abroad,definition of urban planning paradigm,current problems in this research field,research difficulties and problems to be solved,etc.The second chapter is the transitional chapter,which is the general analysis of Lanzhou city and the basic summary of the first,second,third and fourth editions of Lanzhou city master plan,laying the foundation for the systematic analysis of the model mode of Lanzhou calendar edition master plan in the remaining chapters.The third chapter sums up the model model of Lanzhou’s first edition of urban master planning from six aspects: the leading role of national policies,the influence of mainstream planning ideas,the influence of political movement background,the influence of planning education,the guidance of the 1956 edition of "Interim Measures for the Preparation of Urban Planning" and the influence of key figures of the times.The fourth chapter sums up the model model of Lanzhou’s second edition urban master plan from seven aspects: national policy-oriented,local policy-oriented,the influence of planning mainstream ideology,the influence of planning education,the influence of compiling norms,the influence of key figures of the times,and the organization of compiling organizations.The fifth and sixth chapters respectively sum up the model models that dominate the preparation of Lanzhou’s third and fourth editions of urban master plans from six levels: national policy-oriented,local policy-oriented,planning mainstream ideology-oriented,planning education-oriented,compilation standard guidelines,and compilation organization.The seventh chapter analyzes the source and influencing factors of Lanzhou’s modern urban master plan,and then deduces the hierarchical division of the influence of the model for each edition of Lanzhou’s urban master plan.Then it summarizes the evolution of Lanzhou’s first,second,third and fourth editions of urban master plan from four aspects: the influence of Chinese traditional planning model,the influence of Soviet Union’s planning model,the influence of European and American planning model,and the influence of independent innovation planning model,respectively,to provide path reference and model guidance for the preparation of Lanzhou’s new round of land and space master plan.The eighth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the whole paper. |
