Study On Development Strategy Of CCIN LJ Company

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly and its great achievements have attracted worldwide attention.Among them,the construction industry,as the pillar industry of the national economy,plays an important role in promoting rapid economic development and improving people's livelihood,and its impact is enormous.However,as the current global industrial restructuring and the new situation of China's economic transformation,the original economic development environment and the macro situation have taken profound changes,especially after entering into the new normal,construction industry in our country is faced with extremely severe development situation.The overall level of the development of the industry is declining year by year,the whole competitiveness has also been weakened,which instead forced the construction enterprises of our country to seek for transformation and upgrading,change the pattern of operation and development,further subdivided target market,enhance the capacity of sustainable development,and keep the competitive advantage in the industry.This paper takes CCIN LJ company as the main research object,through the use of strategic management theory,combined with PEST,SWOT and other strategic analysis tools to conduct deep analysis and research on the strategic management of CCIN LJ company.CCIN LJ company as a construction enterprise,left many urgent problems which needs to be solved such as the rigidity of system and mechanism,the old tradition of business model,the weakness of overall management,the irregular staffing,and so on over the past years.Especially under the current economic new normal,these problems have affected the sustainable development of business.Output value has been declined repeatedly in recent years,and the business risk kept increasing.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment,advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by CCIN LJ Company,this paper think CCIN LJ Company should constantly optimize its management structure by seizing the major strategic opportunities of the country,continue to optimize the management structure,do well in allocating human resources,and innovate system and mechanism under the current new economic situation,speed up breakthroughs in the emerging business areas such as the engineering gross contracts,green buildings,and fabricated buildings,do well in extending the industrial chain both upstream and downstream,and do well in strengthening the construction of the main business,and walk out a new road with good profit,high quality,excellent structure and energetic system.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects: firstly,it systematically sorts out the research backgroundand significance,as well as the research status at home and abroad;secondly,through analyzing the current overall situation of China's construction industry and the existing problems;thirdly,by applying the theory of strategic management and combing with the current operation and management status and organizational structure of CCIN LJ obtained through collection and investigation,we explore the existing problems in operation and solutions of this company;Fourth,by using PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and literature research method to study on strategic planning of CCIN LJ company,we put forward strategy implementation safeguard measures from the following aspects: optimizing enterprise business structure,strengthening the enterprise culture and brand construction,and enhancing information construction and so on,in order to ensure that strategic target can be achieved eventually;Fifth,summarize the research conclusion of the main research object of this paper.Finally,we hope that this paper can provide reference for CCIN LJ company and other construction enterprises to carry out strategic planning and contribute to the development of strategy research and practice of China's construction enterprises.
