In recent years,IDC(Internet Data Center)has grown rapidly,among which the number of small Data centers has grown faster,and the problem of energy consumption control is more serious than that of large IDC.The energy consumption of IDC air conditioner accounts for more than one third of the total energy consumption in the machine room.The refrigeration efficiency is generally low,so there is great room for improvement.The various forms of small IDC lead to different requirements for air conditioners in machine rooms.As a result,various types of air conditioners in small machine rooms are produced in small batches,which can only be targeted for research and development.In this case,the investment in research and development of a model will be very limited.In this study,for the purpose of air conditioning in small batch IDC,the complicated calculation and prototype test work are carried out on the digital analysis platform of air conditioning and refrigeration system in small machine rooms,so as to shorten the r&d cycle,reduce the cost and improve the development level.Through a combination of evaporative cooling system working principle,the integration of the latest research results at home and abroad,for small IDC air conditioning refrigeration cycle to build refrigerants,air,common components such as compressor,heat exchanger,choke model library,and then pick up the product design from the analysis platform model base corresponding model coupling into refrigeration cycle system,by adjusting the parameters of the component model,specify the supercooling degree,degree of superheat,filled volume of the refrigerant or refrigeration system flow boundary conditions such as iterative calculation.By analyzing the platform,the parameters of virtual experiment were adjusted for many times,and the best parameter group with comprehensive data was selected.Calculated according to parameters design goal analysis platform for 9.5 KW prototype refrigerating capacity of the machine room air conditioning,use the copper tube aluminum fin,microchannel two parallel flow condenser separate-bodied air-conditioners,respectively in the enthalpy difference laboratory experiments set room temperature from 20? to 50? of multiple sets of gradient experiment,the measured experimental data,multiple sets of prototype data and compare analysis platform results,most of the data is within 10%,and two kinds of data change trend is the same.The digital analysis platform of air conditioning and refrigeration system in small IDC has obtained good results,which will greatly reduce the number of prototype experiments,save r&d cost,meet the requirements of fast cycle r&d of air conditioning in small IDC,and meet the requirements of product diversification and performance improvement.Therefore,the development of digital analysis platform for air conditioning and refrigeration system in small IDC has important practical significance for the multi-model and small-batch research and manufacturing mode of air conditioning in small IDC.
