This article regards the home security service as the studying object. Based on the theory of service design,it uses service design methods to excavate and solve the demands and pain points in the process of the home security service and to build a user-centered home security service system model.First of all, the article summarizes the specific service objects, contents and methods by analyzing three elements of service. Then, according to the research of quantity and quality, the questionnaires, Kano Model,user interviews and other methods, we can get the users’ content demands priority, the service process priority and the demands and pain points about the home security of city.Based on the above-mentioned research, we can built the Problem-Finding Mode with the goal of finding the problems of user experience in the home security service. We can also use the model to finish drawing the Full Role User Experience Map of the Home Security of City.Secondly, the article starts from the angle of touch point and builds the Touch Point Model by analyzing five factors of service design. Then the analysis of the optimal path brings the built of the Problem-Solving Model with the goal of solving the problems of user experience in the home security service.Finally,we can finish the connection of the Problem-Finding Model and the Problem-Solving Model by the sense of Touch Point Model which is also called Innovative Home Security Service System Model. We can use the model to analyze the problems of user experience and give optimal programs and the design practice of the application of the home security based on smart home platform.The conclusions and the theoretical results of this article have some reference and guiding value in the design of the home security service. |
