In modern product design,redesign of the original product is a universal design method to meet the product diversification.Dimension is the key feature information of product,which inevitably involves a large number of changes of dimension data in the process of product redesign.Because there are many complex relationships between dimensions,traditional design methods are difficult to meet the design requirements of accurate and rapid dimension change design.Therefore,based on the internal relationship of the product itself,it is a problem that needs to be solved to carry out the dimension change propagation design and complete the product adaptive redesign through digital design technology.By consulting a large number of documents,this article takes assembly and parts as the research objects based on the analysis of product association logic structure and its characteristics,established the construction method of the dimension change propagation path;and based on this,proposed the initial change dimension to change the propagation logic relationship in the assembly and the part,and completed the dimension change design.Finally,based on the research results,an adaptive design system based on the associated dimension change propagation is developed.The main research content of this article is as follows:The logical structure model of product association is established.First,based on the analysis of product structure association and dimension association,the dimension change propagation data flow is established,and the overall process of dimension change propagation is established;Then,taking the assembly as the research object,on the basis of the hierarchical analysis of the three-dimensional product assembly model unit,the association relationship between the dimensions of the assembly body is divided into direct contact association and indirect function association.And established the constraint mapping rules of structure association to dimension association;Finally,taking the part as the research object,based on the modeling process of the part,the logical structure of the internal dimension of the part is established based on the logical relationship between the dimension of the part in the sketch and the feature.An analysis method of dimension change propagation between parts is proposed.First,search the function unit associated with the change requirement,and plan the change propagation among parts;Then,based on a variety of logical relationships between parts,a change propagation logic unit was established,based on which the assembly constraint relationship between the parts was analyzed,and a complex network model between the parts was constructed;The complex network model is simplified and the logical relationship is judged,and the primary change propagation network based on parts is obtained;A change strength algorithm based on the change propagation network is proposed,and the primary selection change propagation network is optimized according to the change strength of the parts;Finally,based on the optimal relationship of changing the dimension of the propagation network,the propagation path of changing the dimension between parts is generated and its feasibility is tested.A method for analyzing the propagation of changes in internal dimensions of parts is proposed.First,according to the relationship between dimensions,the relationship model between dimensions is established.On the basis of the relationship model,the relationship between dimensions is expressed in the form of function,which is divided into function relationship,containment relationship and equality relationship;Then,according to the part modeling process,the relationship between the dimensions in the sketch and the relationship between the dimensions in the feature generation are analyzed respectively,and the change propagation path of the part dimensions is established;Finally,taking the change propagation path of assembly and part as the research object,the interactive influence analysis of the change propagation of assembly and part is carried out,and the product dimension change propagation design is completed.Based on the above research content,association based adaptive design system of dimensions change propagation was established.Taking SolidWorks as the running platform,Visual Studio as the development tool,C# as the development language,and Access2010 as the back-end database,an associated design system that meets the design requirements was developed,and associated design of complex products was realized.
