The automatic assembly device for car door locks is a non-standard type of automation equipment used to complete the assembly of internal components of car door locks.This type of equipment has the characteristics of long design cycle,complex component relationship,and often accompanied by demand changes.In view of the current problems in the design change processing process of non-standard automation equipment,such as the experience design is highly subjective and the change has a greater impact.This paper studies the design changes of the automatic assembly device of automobile door lock in the trial operation stage.The main contents are as follows:(1)Component association network construction and importance evaluationFirstly,the working principle and components of the automatic assembly device for automobile door locks are analyzed,and the comprehensive correlation strength between components is evaluated from three aspects: functional correlation,connection correlation and physical correlation by applying interval intuitionistic fuzzy theory.Secondly,the association network of each component is constructed according to the association relationship between the components and the comprehensive association strength,and the related characteristics of the network are analyzed.Finally,starting from the complexity of the functional mechanism in the automatic assembly device of the car door lock,an improved Leader Rank algorithm based on the complexity of the functional mechanism is proposed to complete the evaluation of the importance of each component.(2)Construction of product design change programsA specific analysis is made on the change requirements of the automatic assembly device of automobile door locks during the trial operation stage.For the change of the new function class,the function structure is solved by the "Z" shape mapping method.For the change of functional class changes,a change propagation network is constructed by analyzing the propagation characteristics of component changes.The Floyd algorithm is used to optimize the changing path,and the acoustic statistical energy and acoustic energy transfer efficiency methods are used to verify the correctness of the optimal path.The overall solution of the design change is obtained by synthesizing the structural solution results of the new function class change and the optimization result of the change function class change path.(3)The specific realization of the design change planAccording to the overall plan of the design change,complete the specific change design of the automatic assembly device of the car door lock,including the change design of the overall structure of the device,the change design of the control program,and the change design of the human-machine interface.And debug its electrical control system,realize the automatic assembly function of the device,and meet the customer’s changing needs.
