In recent years,with the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the increasing demand of customers for eco-design products,it is a general trend that enterprises develop eco-products to enhance competition.Under the background of large data,Product eco-design needs the support of a large amount of product data that is discretely distributed in all stages of its life cycle.The phenomenon of isolated existence among knowledge units and high dimension of knowledge base text that makes it is hard to obtain and apply the eco-design knowledge for the conceptual design.The construction of knowledge resource network and the dynamic renewal of knowledge are the basis of improving knowledge utilization rate and shortening the development cycle of ecological products.In this dissertation,a method of knowledge resource network construction and linkage updating for eco-design is proposed.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,aiming at the isolated phenomenon of eco-design knowledge unit in knowledge base,this dissertation introduces the concept,characteristics and classification of eco-design knowledge unit.The relationship between primitive theory and matter-element theory is expounded,and the matter-element theory is used to express eco-design knowledge.The complex network theory is applied to the correlation analysis between massive knowledge units.The product eco-design knowledge resource network model is established,and the characteristic parameters of the eco-design knowledge resource network are selected.Secondly,aiming at the problem of chaotic storage of eco-design knowledge in knowledge base,quantitative analysis of the relationship between product eco-design knowledge units based on the two dimensions of time domain and space domain,and constructing the solution model of correlation coefficient.The game theory is used to establish the optimal weight coefficient establishment method,and the knowledge unit association matrix is formed.The knowledge unit change propagation mechanism is analyzed,and the product eco-design knowledge change propagation model is constructed.Finally,aiming at the problem of high text vectors dimension and outdated knowledge,a multi-level vector space model is proposed,and singular value decomposition is used to reduce the dimension of knowledge base text and retrieval text.The cosine theorem is used to calculate the semantic similarity of knowledge unit text.Based on eco-design resource network,the influence area of knowledge unit updating is established,and the eco-design resource network linkage update method is proposed,which realizes the linkage update of the eco-design resource network.The effectiveness of the above method is verified by taking a model of engine eco-design knowledge network construction and linkage update as an example.
