3D Design And Finite-element Analysis Of Cutter Head For Large-sized Cutter Scution Dredger

In recent years, with the expanding of dredging programs and theincreasing demand of dredging in China, the development of dredgingequipment in our country shows the following tendencies: larger-scale,more autonomous and technology intensive. Meanwhile, because of theexpansion of ports, hard rock has become the main kind of dredgedmaterial. As a result, there has been a large demand for dredger for hardrock in this industry.Cutter suction dredger, the reamer is the important work of one of thedevices, which are key components of the dredger work. In the part of thereamer, the large ring and the hub design is relatively simple, so for theStudy of the reamer, more importantly, is the design and the reamer of thereamer knife arm cutting cutter force exerted. The knife arm contour line isthe basis for the design of the reamer, reamer force directly affect thereamer cutter life, which are important considerations in the design of thereamer.This paper first introduces the use of cutter suction dredger,subsequent reamer works and the way the composition and structure of thefurther introduction and development of cutter suction dredger dredgingrock to do some introduced subsequently, a brief analysis of the nature ofthe theory of one of the main object of this paper cutting rock. On thisbasis, methods of the cutter arm contour establishment are summarized, amethod which gets the cutter arm contour universal equation by curvefitting is proposed. Secondly, based on the design information of cutterhead for clay and the products manufactured by foreign companies, the thesis realized the3D modeling of a cutter head in UG NX software. Onthe other hand, In this paper, the previously existing rock cutting theory,stress analysis, analysis of changes in the parameters of the cutting processcutting caused by the change of the cutting ability and reamer finiteelement analysis and calculation of the reamer cutting process in load andmode state, and analysis of the calculation results.
