Performance Evaluation Of Agent Construction Based On Process Management And Improvement Research

With the intervention of enterprise construction,the agent construction market is getting bigger and bigger.The government regulates the agent construction system.Every place has introduced the agency construction system in each place,thus legally guaranteeing the healthy development of the agent construction industry.At present,more applications for the performance evaluation of agency construction projects are the"post-evaluation" model.However,this evaluation model has certain limitations on the evaluation of commercial one-off activities.It does not reflect the performance of commercial agency construction.Through the research,collation and analysis of the performance of the existing agent construction management process,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of the process management of the agent construction project.Combined with the new development of commercial construction,a performance evaluation system based on process management was established,and appropriate performance evaluation indicators were selected.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight distribution of the evaluation system,and the indicators are scored by the expert survey method.The system is revised according to the actual situation of the agent construction project,making the evaluation more objective and fairer.It also gives the results a visual comparison of different areas and different types of projects.On this basis,combined with the actual Taobao commercial and residential project construction case,the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method was used to evaluate the governance level of the agent construction project.On the basis of practice,it puts forward suggestions for improving the performance of agency construction management.
