The early damage caused by heavy truck has seriously affected the service life of the road, and the early destruction of the road,in turn, will aggravate the vibration of the vehicle to increase the dynamic load of the vehicle. There is interaction between vehicle and road system, but the traditional vehicle dynamics and road dynamics treat the vehicle and road as two independent systems to study, without considering the interaction between the vehicle and the road.In this paper, the vehicle road coupling model is used to simulate the working condition of the vehicle and road, and the ride comfort and road friendliness of the vehicle are analyzed.Firstly, the 1/4 vehicle and road surface roughness model are established in the Smiulink, and an asphalt pavement model is established in Ansys.Using Matlab as the main control program, the road model calculation program written in the Ansys Parametric Design Language(APDL)is called in batch mode.Through reading and writing the external files, transmitting the tire dynamic loads and the vertical displacement of the road in real time, the dynamic analysis of vehicle-road coupling system is realized.By comparing with the references, the correctness of Matlab and Ansys co-simulation method is verified.Secondly, the seven-degree-of-freedom vehicle model and the four-wheel-related road surface input model based on the integral white noise method are established.By comparing with the traditional vehicle model, the effects of vehicle road coupling on the vertical acceleration of body mass, roll acceleration, pitch acceleration and tire dynamic load are analyzedFinally, the influences of different suspension parameters(rear suspension stiffness and damping, tire stiffness and road surface parameters(pavement grade)on the vibration characteristics of vehicle and the degree of the damage on pavement namely the body acceleration equivalent RMS value and dynamic load coefficient are calculated and analyzed.
