The analysis of dynamic load caused by the road roughness is important.A good road can provide with speediness,safety,comfort and ecomomy,and it can also reduce the damage of road.In the other way,what the roughness road can do is bring the coupling vibration,which make the road tired and damaged.Therefore,the analysis of coupling vibration caused by heavy vehicles and road roughness is essential.According to the process of coupling vibration between road and vehicle, the model is built in the paper. Meanwhile, in the software of ADAMS, the relations of dynamic vehicle load and road roughness are shown by the analysis.What's more,the parameters of vehicles shoule be taken into account.In the paper,the idiocratic parameters are optimized to ameliorate the damage of dynamic vehicle load.The vehicle model can simulate the dynamic vehicle load of real vehicles.Through the simulation of the model,the following conclusions are received:roughness road is an important factor in the coupling vibration,for example,compare to the stillness vehicls, the dynamic vehicle load can improved as high as 42.86%;the velocity is antor fator,the simulation show that the result of higher velocity is larger than the lower one; the parameters of vehicles are also importants fators,the result of vehicles which had parameters optimized is much better than the ones which were unoptimized. |
