With the rapid development of social economy,China's manufacturing industry is facing excessive consumption of resources,serious environmental pollution and rapid depletion of energy and other issues,which makes the traditional manufacturing industry is facing enormous challenges.Therefore,Chinese manufacturers need to explore a new model of modern development.Remanufacturing service is an important means to realize the recycling of recycling resources.It is one of the important ways to meet these challenges in China's manufacturing industry.It has an important strategic position in China's sustainable development process.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the modular design of remanufacturing service and make rapid decision for effective remanufacturing service for diversified customer needs.This paper studies modular design and scheme evaluation of remanufacturing service,and provides new ideas and methods for the sustainable development of our country in theory and practice.This paper takes remanufacturing service system as the research object,and makes a thorough discussion on the aspects of remanufacturing service module division,remanufacturing service module selection,remanufacturing service module combination and remanufacturing service scheme evaluation.Then,prototype design of remanufacturing service system based on modularity is implemented.The main research work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Explaining the relevant research status,theory,methods and techniques of remanufacturing service.Based on the background of the thesis,the paper analyzes the present research situation at home and abroad from three aspects: remanufacturing service,modularization design of remanufacturing service and remanufacturing service scheme evaluation.According to the related concepts of service manufacturing and remanufacturing and the connection and difference between the two in terms of the main integrated content and management mode,the relevant theories,methods and techniques of remanufacturing service are expounded,Manufacturing and remanufacturing services were compared and analyzed.(2)The division of remanufacturing service module.The QFD is used to implement multi-level mapping from customer requirements to service components.The mathematical model is established according to the principle of high degree of polymerization and low coupling between modules.In this paper,the hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm is compared with the genetic algorithm and the traditional genetic simulated annealing algorithm.The superiority of the hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm in the partitioning of the processing module are obtained.The hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to optimize the mathematical model to obtain the remanufacturing service module.(3)The combination of remanufacturing service module and scheme evaluation.The nearest neighbor method is used to make a remanufacturing service module selection,and then the remanufacturing service module combination is based on the principle of multi-constraint.This paper introduces the concept of fuzzy DEMATEL to eliminate the correlation and coupling between the QoS evaluation indexes of remanufacturing service scheme.On the basis of this,the material element model is established.The evaluation method of the remanufacturing service scheme based on QoS is implemented.(4)Prototype design of remanufacturing service system based on modularity.This paper takes remanufacturing service system as the research object,and constructs a prototype framework of remanufacturing service system.Using the B/S architecture,the overall architecture of the system is designed from the application layer,application support layer,data layer and system support layer.Through the system structure,system functions and related databases and other aspects of the design,prototype design of remanufacturing service system based on modularity is implemented.
