Research On The Planning Strategy Of Beautiful Rural Construction From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Rural construction is an important part of social development.At present,China’s urban-rural dual pattern,contradictory development and "three rural issues" are becoming more and more prominent.To fundamentally solve the above problems,we must implement the rural revitalization strategy,and the beautiful countryside is the only way to achieve "rural revitalization" and "beautiful China".Under the good policy of Promoting Rural Revitalization and building "beautiful China",it is necessary for Haikou City to summarize the theories and methods in line with its own beautiful rural construction and development to boost Hainan Rural Revitalization.In recent years,Haikou beautiful rural construction has been well developed,but there are still some problems in the planning and construction of a small number of areas,such as weak industrial support,serious ecological environment pollution,lack of characteristics of rural culture decline,insufficient infrastructure and public service facilities,and weak village governance,which lead to the rural areas failing to play their own advantages and get healthy and orderly development The system and planning strategy are also inadequate.In this paper,the research background and research significance of beautiful countryside are judged firstly,and the theoretical experience and practical research related to rural construction at home and abroad are sorted out and summarized.On this basis,the main research contents,research methods and specific technical routes of this paper are obtained.Then,related concepts and planning theories of beautiful countryside are deeply analyzed.In the ten beautiful rural construction modes,such as ecological environmental protection and leisure tourism,which are mature in China,the direction of beautiful rural construction suitable for Meishe Village is explored,and typical domestic cases are deeply interpreted to sum up the construction experience.Secondly,it analyzes the location,natural environment,social and economic status of Meishe village,interprets the characteristic elements of Haikou beautiful village in the new era,analyzes the opportunities and main difficulties of rural development,and puts forward the development ideas,planning principles and planning contents of beautiful rural construction of Meishe village.Finally,the planning practice research and exploration is carried out,and the planning strategies of industry,ecology,culture,supporting facilities and governance are put forward,and the strategies are applied to the specific planning practice to realize the sustainable development of rural ecological environment and the rapid economic development on this basis by the strategic way of "integrating urban and rural industry into one,promoting tourism by agriculture,and strengthening agriculture by tourism" The research on Haikou’s other beautiful rural areas can be used for reference.
