| Steel structure is one of "green architecture" structural style. It will be anticipated that steel construction will popular and develop in 21 century, with steel construction-application technology progresssing.Being based on analyzing and contrasting existing enclosure system of steel-structured housing home and from raw material, mixing ratio technique of production and board model etch, this paper researched and developed Coal Gangue ALC Board and Light-aggregate concrete wall Board with vertical slap that represent Coal Gangue light concrete, observing wall-reforming policy and turning wastes into valuable material conception.Coal Gangue ALC Board will be wildly used in external wall panel, inner wall panel, roof boarding. This paper presented cross-section form, board pattern, and according to "following" idea, joint that connect external wall panel with bearing frame wasdesigned. Structural drawing, serviceable ranging of every type of joint are given, and calculation-joint procedure was programmed. In order to meet the demand of architecture, application and durability, writer formulated post treatment design and plotted execution method of drawing.Coal Gangue light concrete precast slab and bearing frame can constitute frame-wall board structural system. Coal Gangue light concrete precast slab increases anti-lateral force rigidity. In this paper failure mechanism and anti-shear force of Coal Gangue light concrete shear wall calculate formula were formulate; By Ansys finite element method, frame-shear wall structural system was analyzed in plane and in space; Writer programmed shear wall with perpends computation program.With development of steel-structured housing home, Coal Gangue light concrete will be used in engineering more and more, and Coal Gangue light concrete precast slab-steel frame structure system will be one of bearing system in Multi-story steel-structured residential building. |
