Research On The Design Of Low-Rise And High-density Residences Under The Holistic Concept

As a living space model,the courtyard house conforms to the deep cultural connotation of the traditional residential form in the attachment to the courtyard space,combines the characteristics of modern urban life,and forms a better living experience with a combination of changes and flexible layout features.The low-density and highdensity characteristics make it have higher land use value.In recent years,on the practical level,many developers and designers have conducted a lot of practical explorations on the courtyard house based on different regions and different conditions;on the theoretical research level,many scholars have also conducted many aspects of analysis and research on it from different angles.However,in summary,the domestic research on the courtyard house as a type of residential building,from the design level of the system of combing,analysis and research is still relatively small.Therefore,this article starts from the overall concept,on the basis of investigation,analysis and study of a large number of cases and related research results,the four aspects of the historical formation,spatial form,group combination,streamline organization and underground space utilization of the courtyard house are carried out.Overall analysis.Based on this,three design strategies and related design methods are extracted.At the same time,the design strategies proposed in this paper are merged and integrated with a typical case,in order to obtain theoretical improvement and practical inspiration.This paper mainly includes the following parts:Part one: Chapter one,introduction of background and definition of related concepts.Part two: Chapter two,deepen the understanding of the concept of the courtyard house,through the observation of social phenomena,summarize the factors of the contemporary courtyard house from the social,economic and cultural levels;and the characteristics of the contemporary courtyard house Provide an overview(including strengths and weaknesses).Part three: Chapters three,four and five,through theoretical analysis and related cases,classify and analyze the spatial form of the courtyard house to summarize the type characteristics of different spatial forms;in general,combine the characteristics of different group combinations of the courtyard house;Summarize the macro and micro streamline organization of the courtyard house,and analyze the underground space utilization of the courtyard house.Part four: Chapters six and seven.According to the previous chapters' combing and summarizing the current status of the courtyard houses,this paper proposes a design strategy that this article considers to have a certain practical significance,and provides a certain value for future theory and practice.Practical case-Shanghai Contemporary Meishu Project is taken as an example to specifically introduce the guiding role of the courtyard house design strategy in the actual case in order to strengthen the demonstration.Part five: Conclusion,a summary of the full text,and the prospect of the future residential project of the courtyard.
