In the past ten years,the high-speed railway has expanded rapidly in China,the number of new high-speed railway lines has increased every year,and the traffic density has continued to increase.The safety requirements of high-speed railways and the operational risks of high-speed railway dispatchers are increasing at the same time.Therefore,measures to control the operation risks of high-speed railway dispatchers must be improved.In addition to increasing the control of people,the use of technical means is also indispensable for improving control measures.The Centralized Traffic Control(CTC)system is an important human-machine interactive driving dispatching system that is inseparable from the daily of high-speed rail dispatchers.The dispatcher performs daily operations on the system based on the related operating specifications.This paper first analyzes risks of high-speed railway dispatching operations,and quantitatively and qualitatively analyzes the risk of daily dispatcher's operations.It adopts artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and other advanced technologies to design the operation risk management and control platform,optimizes and upgrades the existing scheduling system;adopts computer,biometrics and other skills to realize operation risk management and control intelligence.It also uses modern science and technology to comprehensively control the operational risks of dispatchers,reduces the safety pressure of dispatch managers,and ensures the safety of high-speed rail traffic.The main research of this thesis includes the following aspects:(1)Research the operation risk of dispatchers and analyze the operation risk.The fuzzy mathematics theory is used to divide the operation risk level.(2)Study the overall structure of the operational risk management and control platform,and establish a dedicated data management database for operational risk items.(3)The research summarizes the operational risk items and displays them in the form of graphs/tables.The dispatcher can control the operation risk more intuitively and clearly,so that a bunch of messy risk information is linked together,and the loopholes in management can be discovered more quickly.(4)Study the biometric identification system,and perform face recognition when logging into the system or when there is an operation risk that requires input of a password.It is convenient for the daily operations of dispatchers and management personnel,and at the same time better controls the real-time information of the operators.(5)Study risk control strategies,and for some operational risks that can be prevented in advance,add strategies to prohibit the operation of dispatchers through the platform to reduce operational risks to zero.(6)Study the basic data information and alarm information of the CTC system,optimize and upgrade the existing system,input more operational risk items into the operational risk management and control platform,and more fully grasp the operational risks of dispatchers.
