Research On Cost Control Of A Wharf Project In Zhoushan Based On BIM Technology

Cost control has always been the focus of construction enterprises.Effective cost control can not only reduce production costs,but also enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.How to make an efficient cost control scheme and get rid of the inefficient cost control means has become the primary consideration of the construction enterprises.In recent years,with the promotion of BIM(building information modeling)technology in major projects,it also provides a new idea in cost control.On the basis of BIM Technology and cost control method,this paper studies a set of engineering cost value analysis process based on BIM Technology,aiming to analyze the main factors affecting the cost in advance,so as to formulate targeted construction scheme and better control the construction cost.The main research work is as follows:(1)Through consulting the literature about BIM Technology,we can understand the characteristics of BIM Technology and the application of BIM software in common use at present,and introduce it into the application of wharf engineering,and find that it has important application value in the design and construction stage of wharf.After that,the theory of cost control is studied.From the research of the concept,principle and content of cost control,the common cost control methods in construction are summarized.By comparing their advantages in cost control,the value engineering method is integrated into the existing construction cost analysis and research,which lays the theoretical foundation for the construction of cost control system based on BIM.(2)Based on the objectives and principles of process design,BIM Technology,value engineering and AHP are comprehensively applied Build cost value analysis process based on BIM.Then from the application of cost control,the integration of 3D model,the integration of cost information and the construction of value evaluation system,the overall process is further elaborated,so that the next empirical link can be carried out smoothly.(3)Combined with the actual engineering case analysis and demonstration,the design process is applied to achieve the effect of cost control.First,use Revit to build athree-dimensional model of the wharf,then import it into the Guanglianda cost software to obtain the corresponding cost information,and finally make a further analysis of the cost information to identify the objects that need to be improved,so as to develop a reasonable improvement plan and better control the cost of the wharf construction.
