With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market of waterborne engineering construction,how to ensure construction quality of high-piled wharfs while reducing construction costs and improving the economic efficiency of enterprises is a problem that all port and wharf construction companies are facing and urgently need to solve.In recent years,BIM technologies that have been promoted and applied throughout the country have provided new directions for solving this problem.This article takes BIM technology as the carrier,applies the BIM technology to the construction cost control of the high-piled wharf engineering project,thus improves the construction management level,and has important significance for the construction and development of the water transport engineering in China.This paper adopts literature research,site investigation,expert consultation and other methods to carry out the research on the construction cost control method for high-piled wharf based on BIM technology for the problems existing in the domestic construction cost control methods for high-piled wharves.The main contents and results of the research are as follows:(1)Analyzed systematically the difficulties in construction cost control of existing high-piled wharf engineering and the basic factors affecting construction cost control;enumerated some of the more commonly used domestic high-piled wharf project construction cost control methods and analyzed their existing problems;On the basis of this,a method for controlling the construction cost of high-piled wharf based on BIM technology combined with software technology and dynamic control means is proposed,and its control flow is analyzed.(2)Using the 3D design modeling software Revit and the 5D construction management software Navisworks under the BIM technology software platform,the role of the software platform based on BIM technology in the construction cost control of high piled wharf was analyzed;the dynamic control method based on BIM technology was used to construct the dynamics.Monitoring management platform,and dynamic performance analysis of BIM-based software technology.(3)The construction cost control method for high-piled wharf based on BIM technology is mainly reflected in four aspects: construction quantity-cost control,construction period-cost control,engineering material fee-cost control,and construction safety-cost control;using weight analysis method and expert Questionnaire survey method weighs the factors affecting construction costs;based on the calculation formula for hydraulic engineering installation project costs,a calculation procedure for the construction cost of high-piled quay based on BIM technology has been compiled.Construction cost calculation of pile pier construction cost for cost control.(4)Take Zhuhai LPG high-piled wharf construction as an example,through BIM technical software and dynamic monitoring means to control the project’s project volume,duration,materials and construction safety to achieve construction cost control.The results show that the application of BIM technology can make the construction cost of the high-pile wharf project more effective and help the company to develop better.
