In order to meet the needs of the supply-side reform of China's power industry,it is imperative for nuclear power units to participate in the peak shaving of the power grid. The continuous and rapid change of power is a significant feature of nuclear power plants participating in the peak shaving operation of the power grid, which will increase the difficulty of operator control of the unit and increase the risk of human error. In order to effectively prevent and reduce human accidents in the main control room of digital nuclear power plants under the background of continuous and rapid changes in control tasks,it is necessary to study applicable human error identification methods. This paper mainly completed the following work.(1)From the aspects of behavior mode, working characteristics, working requirements and workload, the main differences between the operating characteristics of the operators in the main control room under the normal operating conditions of nuclear power plants and the continuous and rapid changes of operating tasks are compared.(2)In order to explore the applicability of existing human error taxonomies in the context of continuous and rapid changes in operational tasks.Based on the characteristics of the operation tasks of the operator in the main control room under the background of peak shaving and the evaluation criteria of the human error taxonomies, human factors experts and evaluators with experience in the operation of the main control roomwere formed into an evaluation group. The method of combining evaluation and questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the existing human error taxonomies from the aspects of comprehensiveness, reliability, theoretical validity, contextual validity, usefulness, resource efficiency, and usability. The statistical evaluation results show that the existing human error taxonomies have their own advantages and disadvantages when performing human factor identification of operators under the background of continuous and rapid changes in operating tasks, and none of them can be well applied. So a new method or an improvement of the original method is needed to solve the problem of human error identification.(3)Based on the characteristics of the continuous and rapid change of the operating conditions of the control task, analyze the cognitive behavior evolution mechanism of the main control room operator under the continuous and rapid change of the control task, and establish the cognitive behavior model of the main control room operator. It shows the dynamic cognitive behavior characteristics of the operator and the importance of team decision-making.(4)Combine TRACEr's human error identification framework with the operator's cognitive model under continuous and rapid changes in control tasks.Identify the human error mode of the operator under this background, the cognitive stage and root cause of the error, and classify human errors.Establish an application framework for human error identification method in the context of continuous and rapid changes in control tasks, and show the application examples of retrospective analysis and predictive analysis.
