Analysis & Prevention Of Human Error In Operation Of Nuclear Power Plant

With the improvement of device's reliability, human error has been the most important cause of the event in nuclear power plant. The research of the principium and prevent of human error is an important approach to limit the consequence of human error and improve the safety level in nuclear power plant.The article has analyzed systematically the human error events which have taken place in nuclear power plant, put forward a model of human error events, and studied the human error cause,analysis method of the root cause,analysis of typical human error event.By the trend analyzing of human error events in nuclear power plant,procedure relevant factors are very notable.Effective preventive measures have been proposed respectively for the error cause. In the last, some successful practical experience applied in nuclear power plant are introduced specifically.The achievement of this article is help to the improvement of safety level in nuclear power plant.
