With the improvement of equipment reliability. currently, the human error has become one of the most important reasons for the nuclear power plant(NPP) accidents. According to statistics, the percentage of the NPP accidents connected with human error is likely to reach a maximum of 80 percent. Therefore, how to reduce the human errors in NPP is becoming increasingly serious problem. To solve this problem, we need analysis the reasons of human errors and study the way of solving methods, the key to solve above question is to find a suitable method for analysis human errors and events efficiently, and propose a targeted and practical approach to reduce the accident of human errors in NPP.The study on the affecting factors of human errors is the theoretical basis of the analysis of accident in NPP. The personal factors, organizational factors. technological and environmental factors are considered in this paper to analyze the affecting factors of human errors. Then, the study was conducted for the relationship among these factors based on the connection between those factors and operational processes.A checklist about human errors in NPP was built in this paper. Put forward the inspection item of human errors based on the basic framework of the performance factor classification and the characteristic of human errors in NPP was built by Swain method. Set up the examination index of human errors based on the principles of index building. According to the inspection item and its requrement. the checklist of human errors in NPP is established in this paper.Based on the methods of CREAM and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). the analysis means of NPP's human errors was proposed. Through the study of human error analysis method, select the representative CREAM method and combine it with AHP method. formed a human errors analysis method in NPPs. Using the typical cases of human errors analysis in NPPs, we get the methods to deal with human errors.For mentioned above, this paper proposes the solutions and the response measure to the human errors in NPPs, which are personal factors, organizational factors, techniques and environmental factors solution methods to deal with. The method about personal factors includes select the workers strictly and attaches great importance to physiological laws of the operater's. The method about organizational factors covers five aspects, a sound personnel training system, improve the experience feedback mechanism, perfect the organization and management system, strengthen the safety culture construction and take attention to emotional management. The method about the technical and environmental factors includes approaches to improve the working environment, make a clear work instruction and improve of equipments and procedures.This paper studies the human errors analysis methods of NPPs, and put forward the solutions to deal with human errors. The results of this study will help to improve the safety of NPPs, thus to reduce the probability of accidents due to human errors.
