Research On Effect Evaluation Of Construction Cost Control Of Engineering Project

Based on the reading,analysis and arrangement of research literature and reports at home and abroad,this paper studies the construction cost control of engineering projects.First of all,it summarizes the domestic and foreign project cost management,and determines the research path of this paper.Secondly,the cost control and BIM related theoretical knowledge are described in order to provide a strong theoretical support for the following.Thirdly,this paper identifies the influencing factors of project cost control and establishes the model.In the aspect of identification,on the basis of case analysis and field investigation of domestic project cost control,combined with WBS-RBS method,this paper preliminarily enumerates the cost control factors of engineering project from horizontal and vertical aspects,then selects the key factors of engineering project cost control by DEMATEL method,and establishes the final influencing factor system.In the aspect of evaluation,the combination weighting method based on the least square method is used to determine the weight of each evaluation influencing factor,and the multi-level extension comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the influencing factors.Finally,taking the project of Art School of Qingdao Shanghai Theatre Academy as an example,the relevant data and data are collected by using the methods of expert investigation,field investigation,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and 8 primary influencing factors and 28 secondary influencing factors are identified.Thus,the construction cost control and evaluation influencing factors system of the project is established,and the above-mentioned methods are used According to the evaluation of the project,the construction cost control of the project is medium as a whole,and corresponding measures are taken.
