Research On Analysis Of Influencing Factors And Control Strategy On Substation Construction Cost

With the rapid development of economy, the substantial increase of power consumption has accelerated the construction of power grid, therefore the scale of investment is expanding, which requires more emphasis on the management and control of cost. However, there are so many factors affecting the cost, and the main factors in different stages are variable. In order to deeply strengthen the control of the power grid project cost and complete the cost control management system, enhance the investment benefit, we have to explore the main factors, specify construction standards and strengthen the concept of whole–process management. Therefore, taking effective measures to control the cost aiming at main factors is of great significance and practical value.This paper first describes the research background, research status, research content and innovation; on this basis, expounds the basic theory of the cost of substation construction project, and introduces the whole process of the closed-loop feedback control, operational research, and combining the value engineering cost control strategy of earned value method and Partnering model, focuses on the analysis of the main influencing factors of substation construction project cost of each stage of the whole process of construction, the factors affecting the cost of the comprehensive evaluation index system; then it takes Shenyang City camp 220000 volt substation construction project cost control as an example, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the factors affecting cost of the project, and finally puts forward the measures of cost control.
