With the development of the automobile industry and the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for automobile comfort, thermal comfort in the automobile cabin has become an important topic in the research of automotive technology, and it is also the focus of the automotive industry and consumers. The thermal environment in the automobile cabin is different from that in the building. The thermal environment is unevenly distributed, the air circulation is poor, the space is small, the thermal insulation is poor, and it is greatly affected by solar radiation. The thermal comfort evaluation in the automobile cabin not only needs to analyze the thermal environment, but also couple the subjective thermal sensations of the human body. Therefore, the subject of thermal comfort in the automobile cabin needs to study a suitable experimental method and evaluation model, which is especially important.Based on the current domestic and foreign research results on thermal comfort in automobile cabins, this paper refers to some research results on automotive thermal comfort at home and abroad, combined with the unique climatic conditions in Northeast my country, and conducts thermal environment analysis experiments and experiments.Experiments on cooling in summer, heating in winter, and thermal comfort of occupants under certain conditions.Through real-time measurement of various thermal parameters in the cabin of a certain SUV under different working conditions, the characteristics of the thermal environment change in the cabin are analyzed, and the subjective thermal sensation of the human body during the refrigeration phase is investigated to obtain the overall and partial experimental values of the subjective thermal comfort of the human body,To study the relationship between local thermal comfort and overall thermal comfort. After comparative analysis,it is found that the thermal comfort of the head is closer to the overall thermal comfort. The experimental data and subjective thermal sensation values are processed, and then the TEQ and PMV-PPD methods are used for predictive analysis, and the prediction accuracy is compared, and the prediction accuracy of the TEQ evaluation model is higher than that of the PMV evaluation model. In order to improve the prediction accuracy of the PMV evaluation model, the expectation factor e is used to modify the PMV model to obtain the e PMV evaluation model. In this paper, the real-person test method is used to test the cooling capacity and heating capacity of the air conditioner in different working conditions of the front row and the rear row of the automobile in summer and the temperature rise in winter. The cooling function and the heating function are obtained, and the cooling process and heating process of the air conditioner are obtained at the same time. The human subjective evaluation of thermal comfort experimental value is compared with the predicted value of the e PMV model corrected by the expected factor e using the TEQ evaluation model, the prediction deviation of the two prediction models is compared, and the prediction accuracy of the two prediction models is analyzed, and the prediction accuracy of the different positions of the front row and the back row.Through the measurement of the air temperature around the occupants, the vertical temperature difference and the horizontal temperature difference in the automobile cabin are calculated, and the difference between the vertical temperature difference and the horizontal temperature difference is analyzed.Under the most suitable temperature, while ensuring that other environmental parameters remain unchanged, increase the wind speed uniformly, study the relationship between the thermal comfort of the human body and the wind speed, and obtain the most comfortable wind speed range for the human body through experiments. In this paper, two comparisons are made on the thermal comfort evaluation methods of the occupants in the automobile cabin, including an expectation factor correction. The thermal comfort of the occupants in the automobile is predicted and analyzed through different thermal comfort evaluation models,so as to obtain a more accurate and richer the research method of thermal comfort of human body in automobile cabin, and has strong practical value.
