More than 80% of time is spent in the indoor room in the human life. So as the development of economic technological and improvement of living level, people have higher and higher demand to comfort of indoor environment. Not only the environment quality is depressed but also the effect of teaching is influenced and learning efficiency can not be advanced. In the date of fast economic development, improve the efficiency means to improve the competitiveness and enhance the benefit. So keep the indoor classroom environment comfortable not only has the technical sense, but also has social significance and economic significance.The field measurement and questionnaire are adopted in the college of Changsha during the May 2007 to July 2008, as the same way to Nanshan area in Urumchi during December 2008 to February 2009. The paper analyses the connection that the clothing thermal resistance and mean thermal sensation (MTS) and predicted mean vote (PMV) change with operation temperature and then compare the difference between thermal comfort and thermal acceptance. Then the paper analyses the difference between thermal neutral temperature and anticipant temperature and advances the concept of subjective judgement temperature and humidity. And then analyses the difference between subjective judgement temperature and humidity and the actual temperature and humidity, as the same way to person of HVAC profession and person who are not HVAC profession's, as well as difference of subjective judgment temperature and humidity between men's and women's.The conclusions indicate that people's measured value which represents sensitivity degree about temperature is higher than forecast value and the range of temperature that correspond to thermal comfort is narrower than the range of temperature that correspond to acceptable thermal environment. The paper compares the men's MTS value and neutral temperature with those of women's. It is found that women's sensitivity degree of temperature is higher than men's and women's neutral temperature is higher than men's. The anticipant temperature of people in Urumchi is lower than people's in Changsha. It is found that most people's subjective judgment temperature is more or less the same to the actual temperature value. But no matter the HVAC professional and non-HVAC professional, subjective judgment humidity is far away with actual humidity, especially the non-HVAC professional's subjective judgment humidity. The HVAC professional's subjective judgment temperature is closer to the actual temperature and is higher than the non-HVAC professional's under the same condition. Women's proportion that subjective judgment temperature lowered than actual temperature is greater than men's.
