| People spend most of their time indoors,so the quality of indoor environment directly affects the quality of people’s indoor life and production activities.The appropriate indoor thermal environment is conducive to improve the work efficiency of personnel and maximize the efficiency.In this paper,a teacher’s office in a university in Beijing is used as the experimental site to build an experimental platform to simulate the office environment and recruit subjects.The research methods of experimental research,theoretical analysis and building a control system are adopted to explore the relationship between the work efficiency of the staff in the office and the human thermal sensitivity index PMV.Based on the experimental analysis results,a set of methods is proposed to maximize the work efficiency the indoor thermal environment control system based on virtual reality.The main research results are as follows:(1)Experimental test and subjective evaluation.In this study,the seasonal preference is included in the scope of the study,and the task test and questionnaire self-evaluation are carried out in the heating season by using the method of combining experimental test and subjective evaluation.After collecting and processing the data,the experimental steps to be improved in the heating season experiment are analyzed,and the improvement of the test method and the supplement of the experimental data are carried out in the transition season and the cooling season experiment.(2)Experimental data processing and results research.The relationship between PMV and the work efficiency of office workers is obtained by quadratic regression analysis of the experimental data.It was found that the work efficiency,rest efficiency and thermal comfort of indoor office workers reached the highest in the preferred environment,rather than in the thermal neutral state: the subjects preferred warmer indoor environment in the heating season,and cooler indoor environment in the transition season and cooling season,but their corresponding optimal PMV values were not the same.(3)The construction of control system.On the basis of the experimental results,a PLC control method based on the maximization of work efficiency is proposed,which takes the maximization of work efficiency and comfort of indoor personnel as the goal to control the indoor environment,taking into account the requirements of comfort.According to the relationship between work efficiency and PMV of indoor workers in summer,transition season and winter,the learning model is used to control the adjustment action of PLC system.(4)Operation effect estimation.Through the estimation of the operation effect of the system,it is found that,compared with the traditional control system based on PMV index,the work efficiency of indoor personnel in the system is improved by about 5.4%,the rest efficiency is improved by about 3.17%,the comfort in the working stage is improved by about 5.92%,and the comfort in the rest stage is improved by about 5.62%.The system not only meets the improvement of work efficiency and rest efficiency of indoor personnel,but also provides a more comfortable environment for indoor personnel.This paper can provide a certain reference value for the study of the influencing factors of the work efficiency of indoor personnel.The proposed indoor environment control system based on the maximum work efficiency needs to be further improved.The key of the system provides a more efficient and comfortable working and learning environment for people,which has positive significance. |
