PC building(fabricated concrete building)is the core of building industrialization and the main form of promoting building industrialization in China.It conforms to the development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing" put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.However,as China is still in the primary stage of building industrialization,a mature system has not yet been formed in the quality management and control of PC buildings,and the construction quality control of most PC buildings has not reached the quality control level.Therefore,there is still much room for improving the quality of PC buildings.It is of great significance for the development of PC buil dings to establish an effective quality control system for PC building construction and effectively control the engineering quality.BIM is a practical technology to realize information management.Aiming at the shortage of PC building in construction quality control,this topic makes full use of the characteristics of information integration and work coordination of BIM technology,researches the key theory of PC building construction quality control,explores the combination of multiple theories,builds a PC building construction quality control system based on BIM,and carries out verification through cases.Firstly,in order to solve the existing problems in PC building construction quality control,based on BIM related theories,PC building related theories and construction quality control related theories,and based on BIM technical characteristics,the three stages of control quality control methods,PDCA quality control methods and three total quality control methods are integrated.Secondly,the application value of BIM technology in PC building construction quality control is emphatically analyzed.Third,establish a BIM-based quality control system for PC building construction,implement quality control for basic modeling,carry out secondary development of software missing functions based on the "Revit+Dynamo" mode and create a secondary development node library for PC buildings,design the architecture of BIM quality control platform based on functional requirements and rely on EBIM platform,and compile standardized BIM application processes in various stages of PC building construction.Finally,an empirical study on the quality control of PC construction based on BIM is carried out through a PC construction project and the implementation effect is analyzed to verify the application value and feasibility of BIM technology in the quality control of PC construction.The research of this topic has confirmed the great advantages of BIM technology combined with PC building construction quality control.By building a PC building construction quality control system based on BIM,the continuous improvement of PDCA quality effect can be realized,the real-time quality control of the whole process can be realized and the physical quality of PC building can reach the expected goal.This study provides ideas for other prefabricated buildings to inject BIM technology for construction management which is of great significance for promoting the development of prefabricated buildings.
