S Unit Study On Construction Quality Control Of Teaching Building Construction Project

The construction industry is the important material production department of the national economy.It is closely related to the development of the national economy and the improvement of people's life.In the special period of China's macro economy three overlay,the construction industry in the development speed and volume of future will be in the Middle Income Trap in the national economy form an important influence,the industry itself is a hot field of everyday people's attention,and as the quality problems of building industry lifeline,has become the industry and the focus of the community problems.The construction project construction process quality control is the key link of quality control in the whole process,directly affect the project quality,service life and function,quality control is not good or even serious accidents to the country and people's life and property caused heavy losses.In recent years,the teaching building in the provinces and cities of the universities,research institutes,industrial parks with rigid demand is very strong,demand including new construction,renovation and expansion project,the construction scale and growth are gradually expanding,also caused the industry experts and scholars attach great importance to the quality of its construction control,this article is from this perspective,the S unit of teaching building for example,the project construction quality control of theoretical analysis and empirical test,in order to explore a more efficient and standardized quality management mode,can be copied.In this paper,the method of Paradigm Analysis and case study are combined to take the paradigm analysis as the foundation,and the research questions and theoretical basis are put forward.Through literature research,related theories of domestic and foreign construction project construction quality control and management research,defines the concept and characteristics of the quality of the project,in-depth understanding of the mainstream construction quality control theory,combined with China's situation carries on the analysis to its.Followed by the background,the S unit target project engineering situation and each part of engineering is introduced,and based on the theoretical analysis of the specific control constraints on the basis of people,machines,materials,method and environment five aspects for construction quality control objectives to carry out a further analysis and discussion,the construction preparation stage,construction stage the construction and acceptance stage design quality control plan and the implementation of the program specifies the organization guarantee,system guarantee and technical support.Through the actual case of S unit of teaching complex building construction project analysis,this paper argues that the quality control of the construction project must adhere to before,during and after the event,the whole control,must put human material ring five influence factors and good management,enhance the consciousness,do beforehand as material quality control,comprehensive dynamic supervision.Afterwards,the timely approval,the formation of benign cycle,quality monitoring project,to achieve the objective of quality control.
