The Research And Design Of Quality Supervision Information System Based On Construction Process Of Building Project

At present, China is in a period of rapid development, all over the country is carrying out the large-scale construction projects. Large-scale construction projects require high-level management. In information technology today, for the parties directly involved in the project,how to change the traditional way of manual work to strengthen the collaboration between participants to enhance the construction site line management level; for project quality supervision department, how to effectively improve construction site supervision model to achieve responsibility "traceability"; These are the big issues around the government and experts have been solved.Based on the large number of literature research and field research, this paper analysis of the current characteristics of the construction site quality management and supervision department’s regulatory difficulties to the construction site, combined with the current status of the construction information management system, points out that the current supervision work and the actual situation of the construction site is divorced, proposes to build on a new model of the information quality regulation based on the working process of the construction site quality management, as well as from the build target,model frame and information interaction diagrams three aspects carries on the macroscopic description. The model mainly focuses on solving the problem of disconnect between the supervision and construction site.By incorporating direct project participants and regulators to the same platform,the "construction project" as the core, the main data quality management in the construction phase of the project-based, relying on the construction site of the actual operations,build a unified project construction site office and the management information platform, to achieve seamless docking between the supervision and the construction site work.Meanwhile, under the guidance of the new model framework,, the author fully researched the project participants and the supervision regulation department’s function needs,designed and implemented an information integration platform system that the interface is simple and the operation is convenient,and it could be directly used by project participants and thesupervision and administration departments by using the ASP.NET programming and SQL Server database technology.This system firstly based on the actual quality management process of the construction site, establishes a multi collaborative work information system plat such as quality supervision, engineering supervision and construction units,changes the traditional work way on the construction site, realizes the paperless office to the construction site; Second, the construction process recording information of the project’s every responsibility main body could get a real-time record on the Internet, ensuring the original and true of the engineering construction site data, implementing the effective control and supervision of the supervision and administration department to monitor project site data; Finally, all items related records integrate for a retrospective traceability database, by keeping records of all personnel to achieve that responsibility can be traced back, improving the management level and economic benefits, having certain exploration significance and practical application value.
