With the rapid development of aviation technology,the load characteristics of many aviation equipment are becoming more and more complex,and the traditional control technology has gradually failed to meet the control requirements of the power system.This paper investigates and designs the system of large-capacity airborne ground power supply based on the basic characteristics of medium-frequency power supply,combined with design indicators,and based on intelligent control techniques.The paper first analyzes and summarizes the development of power control technology and the current status of aviation ground power.The SPWM technology is selected as the modulation technique for inverter circuits based on the topology of the main power supply circuit.The problems and shortcomings of the digital PID algorithm when applied to power systems are pointed out.In view of the drawback of human subjectivity in the parameterization process of the fuzzy control algorithm,the ACO algorithm is selected to optimize the parameters of the fuzzy controller in parallel,and the ACO-fuzzy system is established to control the inverter circuit.The MATLAB/Simulink model is used to simulate the control system of the inverter circuit.The control effects of two control strategies,the fuzzy control system and the ACO-fuzzy system,were compared.The simulation results show that the ACO-fuzzy system control strategy can meet the design specifications of this power supply.Secondly,system design development was carried out,including both hardware design and software development.The whole hardware system is mainly composed of the main circuit,driver circuit,sampling circuit and control circuit.The structure of each part of the circuit was designed,and the calculation and selection of the corresponding parameters of the components were completed.The MCP selects the TMS320F2812 from TI's DSP—High-Performance series,and the software design uses CCS3.3 as the DSP development environment to program the DSP.The main modules include the main program,system initialization,interrupter and other functional modules.Among them,the interrupt program has the following functions: generation of SPWM driver signal,implementation ofAD sampling and implementation of fuzzy control algorithm.Finally,the power supply unit was built and the performance of the 400 Hz large-capacity aviation ground power system was tested jointly by software and hardware.Through the analysis of the experimental results,the THD of the output voltage is less than 2%,the system can meet the design requirements of the index,verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the whole system.
