With the development of the social technology, the shortage of energy becomes one of the most important issues which are concerned. Wind, solar energies for the use of renewable resources, are widely public concerned. So how will the battery and the generator for the supply of direct or alternating current into device needs to be against the power sector has developed to solve the problem. AC or DC supply into AC power which are needed for devices become the focus of inverter development to solve the issue. This article is based on this issue analysis.Firstly the article introduces the inverter core technology. The technology which is SPWM technology is used in the process; Secondly, the circuit design of inverter power system is analyzed in detail, the circuit is mainly composed of a high-frequency step-up circuit, rectifier circuit, level frequency inverter circuit. The article also introduces each control chip which are involved in the circuit design. A focus on the circuit by using PIC16F716 chip plays an important part in the system controlling, which achieves through the chip to control the feedback voltage regulation and short circuit protection. More importantly,it is the use of the PWM waveform output function valid output SPWM sequences to achieve full-bridge inverter control. The article also analyzes the system of software program, detailing the procedures used in the design and the function of each register.The program flow chart is given. With the continuous development of high-frequency technology, people use high-frequency transformer more and more. The paper finally introduces the request of the design parameters of a high-frequency transformer design.It introduces transformer core selection method,which is used commonly. We take each parameter obtained for the physical design as a reference.In this paper, we analy the technology and the design on two aspects of hardware and software , we hope that this design of inverter has some reference value.
