In recent years, with the development of modern industrial and powerelectronics technology, power inverter applications has been more widely in theelectronics industry, working life, the stability of their work output performancequality and efficiency of the level of directaffect the performance and field ofuse of the inverter system.Sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) inverter as a way ofcontemporary inverter, the output electrical energy with low harmonic contentsine wave voltage and popular.With the rapid development of microprocessorsand digital control technology theory SPWM signal generated and the powerinverter intelligent control systems are becoming increasingly mature andadvanced, has replaced the traditional analog modulation, analog control mode,which will help steady-state accuracy of the power inverter output performance,the dynamic characteristics and system reliability is further improved.This paper discusses the research design of an inverter power supplysystem,and through the study of the theory of the inverter principle, and designof the inverter power supply system of the hardware and software. Firstly, basedon solar photovoltaic system from the hardware design of the overall design ofthe inverter system, the push-pull boost circuit in the inverter system, thefull-bridge inverter circuit and the drive control circuit, and filtering. Thesampling circuit such as a detailed analysis and design, and circuit hardwareparameters of the targeted choice. By sampling the output capacitor voltage andinductor current duty cycle of the output SPWM control, to control the stabilityof the output of the inverter circuit. The core control chip adopt the highperformance ATmega series AVR microcontroller. Finally, build the hardwareinverter circuit experiments prove the feasibility of the design.The software part of the first analysis and design of the AVRmicrocontroller bipolar SPWM signal output, and focused on the closed-loopfeedback system, fuzzy adaptive tuning PI control algorithm. According to thesystem’s mathematic model of the single-phase SPWM modulation inverter power supply of MATLAB simulation model, and the simulation outputwaveform of performance through research and analysis, the control algorithmis proved modulation mode and the reliability of the design of the feasibility,perfect the significance of research in this paper.
