The paper introduces the design and development of a new type of constant frequency and constant voltage inverting power supply taking the intermediate frequency gasoline engine generator as background. The power supply can provide electric energy for the place that needs standby power supply and outwork through working together with generator. Firstly, the text describes the technology development about the modern power source. Accordingly to the principle of work of the intermediate frequency gasoline engine generator, the topological structure and control scheme of the main circuit is selected through the contrast of various projects. And aiming at the shortcoming that the system model is hard established, the dissertation carries on simulation analysis and possibility identification of the project via the Saber application. Secondly, the text explains the design process of the circuit in detail including Buck circuit and inverter circuit. Thirdly, because the work process of the gasoline engine generator is time-dependent, nonlinear and uncertain its accurate mathematics model is hard established. The fuzzy control method can resolve this problem. The paper gives a detailed introduction about the design process of the gasoline engine generator fuzzy controller. And then the design of auxiliary circuit is introduced. At last the test waveforms is given and analyzed.In the design of control circuit, the Buck circuit selects voltage closed loop mode. Its controller composes with pulse width modulator and adopts PI modulation as regulative technology. The output voltage realizes non-difference regulation. The SPWM modulator based on PIC singlechip is designed. This special controller realizes absolute digital control of the inverter circuit. Based on the principle of PWM technique, a single polarity method is selected as SPWM inversion bridge control strategy. This method decreases the switching losses, reduces the effect of the dead time and improves the quality of output waveform.The fuzzy control is a kind of intelligent control method. Recently it has been used successfully for many fields. The gasoline engine generator that mathematics model is hard established and dynamic characteristic is uncertain can be controlled effectively through fuzzy control algorithm.
