Research On Quality Management Evaluation Of Substation Construction Project

Taking L substation construction project as an example,using the relevant theory of quality management,combined with the actual situation of L substation construction project,this paper constructs the quality management evaluation index of L substation construction project,and comprehensively evaluates the quality management of the whole project.The problems existing in the quality management of the project are found,and the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.The substation construction project is faced with many internal and external factors in the actual construction.Once there are mistakes in decision-making or inadequate management in a certain link,there will be problems in the quality of the substation construction project and affect the later use.In this study,the quality management of L substation construction project is scientifically evaluated and analyzed by using principal component analysis,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the problem of quality management of L substation construction project is solved.The main contents include:first of all,by using the methods of literature research and expert interview,20 evaluation indicators such as scientific overall planning of quality management,scientific design planning and complete input of project design are preliminarily selected.The above primary indexes are identified by principal component analysis,and five common factors are found,such as project design quality management level,project procurement quality management level,project construction quality management level and so on.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to scientifically calculate the weights of 5 criteria layer indexes and 20 index layer indexes.The conclusion shows that the three evaluation indexes,namely,project design quality management level,closing quality management level and project procurement quality management level,have a high weight in the whole evaluation system and need to be dealt with emphatically.Finally,the overall level of quality management of L substation construction project is comprehensively analyzed by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and it is concluded that the overall construction condition is good and in the middle level.However,there are still some problems in the quality management and technological process of construction machinery,which need to attract the attention of L substation construction project managers.The evaluation process and methods in this study provide practical guidance for the quality improvement of L substation construction projects,and the conclusions will also provide some practical experience and reference for other substation construction projects.
