Research On Quality Management Of Lanzhou North 330kV Substation Engineering Construction Project

Power supply as a public utility closely related to people's production and life,with the continuous progress of society,the requirements of the power industry are higher and higher.As the hub of power transmission and transformation,transformer substation is responsible for voltage rise and fall,power dispatching and other tasks,and plays an important role in the power system.Therefore,in the face of fierce market competition,we must attach great importance to the quality management of substation project as an important bastion of power enterprises.The quality management level determines the quality of substation construction,directly affects the normal operation of national production and life,and relates to the national energy security.Good quality determines the normal and stable supply of power energy,which is the premise to ensure the sustainable and high-quality development of the power industry.Only by ensuring the quality can the rapid development of power enterprises be ensured.However,at present,the research of substation quality management is not perfect,lack of scientific theoretical research,this problem remains to be solved.Based on the case analysis of the past safety accidents in substations,this paper points out the importance of quality management in substation projects.Based on the innovation spirit in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the quality management of the 330 kV substation project in the north of Lanzhou started.Through reading a large number of literature and books and the research on quality management at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and combs the current situation,existing problems and factors affecting quality management of substation project.On this basis,the construction quality of the substation is studied.Firstly,the basic theoretical knowledge of quality management is introduced.The general quality management of the substation construction project is transferred to the specific content and management method of the 330 kV substation quality management in North Lanzhou.Based on the analysis of the construction scale and characteristics of the project,the evaluation system of substation quality management is constructed from three aspects: quality planning,quality control and quality assurance.Through expert scoring,brainstorming,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the quality management of 330 kV substation project in North Lanzhou is comprehensively evaluated.Furthermore,it analyzes the problems existing in the construction process of the substation,and puts forward the improvement plan.The purpose is to provide valuable management experience for the future new substation project,for the industry to share and learn from,and to play a certain role in guiding the quality management of the subsequent substation construction projects.
