"The 13th Five-Year Plan”is the important development opportunities for air cargo.As the rapid growth of global economic integration,the rapid growth of economic and trade,the rapid development of e-commerce,the rapid growth of logistics demand,will be provide a good market environment and development prospects to the development of aviation logistics.The aviation logistics will have a huge development potential.However,the huge opportunities will also bring fierce competition.How to deal with such a fierce competition in the aviation freight logistics situation,how to enhance market share,enhance business efficiency has become a problem that need to think deeply and urgent need to deal with.Throughout the service industry,the logistics industry competition,its essence is the customer resources for the competition,only to provide customers with quality,reliable service,enhance customer satisfaction,cultivate loyal customer groups is the way to victory in order to Market competition is undefeated.Through the summary analysis of the related literature,can found the existing research is very rare.There is no one have a depth study on customer satisfaction evaluation of aviation logistics enterprise and set a specialized evaluation system and the evaluation model.So,in this paper,combined with the characteristics of air cargo logistics enterprises in the air cargo logistics enterprises customer satisfaction evaluation conducted in-depth study,in order to help enterprises to enhance customer satisfaction and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The first,this paper elaborates the relevant theories and models of customer satisfaction and air cargo logistics.Secondly,according to the characteristics of air cargo logistics enterprises,the evaluation index system of customer satisfaction of air freight logistics enterprises is constructed.And then use the IPA model to build the air cargo logistics enterprise satisfaction evaluation model.Finally,the customer satisfaction survey questionnaire is designed with A aviation logistics company as an example,and the specific customer satisfaction promotion strategy is given.
