Study On The Construction Of Xi’an Aviation Logistics Ecosystem

As a global production and manufacturing country,China’s economic development has entered the "new normal" era.The rapid development in e-commerce and other industries has objectively drive the development of logistics industry,particularly the aviation logistics industry.Located in the geographic center of China,Xi’an enjoys a built-in regional advantage in developing the aviation logistics industry.At the same time,Xi’an aviation logistics industry also ushered in the new opportunities brought by the adjustment of new world economic pattern,the strategy of "the Belt and Road",and the new tendency of network technologies revolution.At present,Xi’an actively explores the civil aviation industry and logistics industry and strives to build Xi’an the international aviation logistics center,while the key point to archive this goal is the sound aviation logistics ecosystem.Based on the theories of aviation logistics,industrial ecosystem,logistics system and regional logistics ecosystem,this paper puts forward the concept and structural model of regional aviation logistics ecosystem and constructs Xi’an aviation logistics ecosystem.In order to verify the scientificity and feasibility of this system,and based on the scientific methods,this paper establishes the aviation logistics statistic indicator system and regional aviation logistics ecosystem statistic indicator system.In addition,this paper selects the development date of Xi’an aviation logistics industry in past ten years,and utilizes the PCA-DEA comprehensive analysis method to analyze the efficiency of Xi’an aviation logistics ecosystem,so as to find the key indicators that affect Xi’an aviation logistics ecosystem,and demonstrates the scientificity of establishing this ecosystem.The research indicates that the input and output of Xi’an aviation logistics ecosystem has been continuously increasing in scale since 2012.However,the development of Xi’an aviation logistics industry still exists problems such as lack of aviation logistics infrastructure,insufficient regional capacity,lack of large-scale multinational aviation logistics corporations.In order to solve these problems and further improve thecompetitiveness of Xi’an aviation logistics industry,this paper raises targeted development suggestions and improvement measures from the aspects of the operation,regulation and policy guarantee of Xi’an aviation logistics ecosystem.
